2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may open only one cv222 account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are identified, all accounts will be closed and any bonuses will be forfeited. Real money earned through legitimate means may be returned.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information at Registration

It is mandatory to provide your correct name, mobile number, and date of birth when creating an account. Registering with false information constitutes a breach of this agreement, and cv222 reserves the right to close the account without notice.

2.4 Geographic Restrictions

Users from certain countries or regions may not be eligible to use cv222. It is the user's own responsibility to ensure that participating in online gaming or betting is lawful in their area.

Account Verification and Security

3.1 KYC Verification

cv222 may at any time request a government-issued ID (national identity card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address for identity verification. If verification is not completed within the specified time, the account's withdrawal facility will be temporarily suspended.

3.2 Password and Account Security

The member is solely responsible for keeping their account login details confidential. Keep your password strong and do not share it with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the cv222 support team immediately. cv222 will not be liable for any loss caused by a third party if the member has disclosed their own login details.

3.3 Account Transfer Prohibited

Selling, transferring, or renting any account, its balance, or any benefits associated with the account to another person is strictly prohibited.

Deposits and Payments

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds into cv222: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major commercial banks).

cv222 reserves the right to verify any deposit and may request additional information if needed. If money laundering or fraud is suspected, a deposit may be temporarily held.

Withdrawals and Fund Transfers

The same payment methods apply for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.

cv222 will not be liable for withdrawal delays caused by system maintenance or technical issues. However, cv222 will always work to resolve such issues.

Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. This is not free money — to withdraw the bonus amount, you must complete bets equal to 15 times the bonus amount.

6.2 General Rules for Bonus Use

• A member is eligible to receive each promotion only once.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless cv222 specifically permits it.
• Following specific betting patterns with the aim of earning a bonus (such as attempting to meet wagering requirements through low-risk bets only) may result in the bonus being cancelled.

VIP Program

cv222's VIP program has four levels — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback is provided at each level based on regular betting activity.

Weekly cashback is calculated at the applicable rate on the total net loss for that week (total losses minus total winnings). For example, if a Gold level member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, they will receive ৳20,000 × 1.1% = ৳220 cashback. cv222 reserves the right to change VIP level criteria and benefits.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cv222 platform:

1. Money laundering or using funds obtained through illegal means on the platform.
2. Fraud, hacking, or exploiting any technical vulnerability to gain an unfair advantage.
3. Using bots or automated software to place bets.
4. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
5. Accessing another member's account or transferring funds between accounts to create artificial results.
6. Deceiving or intimidating other users of the platform.
7. Behaving disrespectfully towards cv222 staff.

If any of the above activities are proven, cv222 may immediately suspend or permanently close the account and forfeit all bonus balances.

11.2 Closure by the Member

Any member may request to close their account at any time through the support team. If the wagering requirements have not been met before the account is closed, the bonus balance will be forfeited, but a withdrawal of the real balance may be requested.

Limitation of Liability

cv222 will not be liable in the following circumstances:

1. Disruption to a game or bet due to a lost or slow internet connection.
2. Unauthorised access to an account resulting from the member disclosing their own login details.
3. Temporary service interruption due to a technical fault.
4. Technical issues on the part of third-party game providers.
5. Faults with the member's own device or software.

In any circumstance, cv222's maximum liability shall never exceed the amount in that member's account balance.

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute or complaint arises, the member must first raise the matter through cv222's support team. cv222 reviews all complaints in a timely manner and makes every effort to provide a reasonable resolution.

If there is a disagreement between a member and cv222 on any matter, both parties will attempt to resolve it through discussion. If a resolution cannot be reached through discussion, steps may be taken in accordance with applicable law.
